Veda of Indian

Vedas are written by Indians thousands year before. The religion stated in Vedas is called as "Hindu Dharm". It is not been founded by any individual person but is concluded version of humanity and qualities in human being. It is a calm stream of Humanity. It never fought for its expansion but any one can follow it for peace in life.

Veda is scientific structure for human life. The language " Saunskrut" is a purified language considering pronouncing of words and tone which tongue and mouth can utter. Vibration and frequencies created are well linked up with brain and soul and peace. Yogi persons are well acquanted with it. Indians are using it while praying God to calm their life.

Yoga is the science for soul. It starts from body. Presently we are interested in body's wellness and using its initial part. It still gives little relief to soul which we can observe it. Astang Yoga is formed in develop educative course for yoga student.

Pranayam is also one of the section of Yoga. It do help in giving relief to the body and curring disease

The path which reaches to the soul can give relief to the body too. The path are
 0) Worship :- Veda knows God is inside us, but we can't believe hence it imagined out side in form of statue.
1) Dhyan :- There are different types of Dhyan ( Meditation) to increase power of mind to dissolve in soul.
2) Pranayam :- It is different ways of breathing.its spontnious as well control byself
3) Music :- Science of tune in different Ragas having through 7 tunes
4) Dance :- It is the science of waves, it is in rhytmic form carries various emotions
5) Mantra :- It is combination of pronounciation creating energy for brain.
6) Tantra(technic) :- It is the techinic of qualities of natural things and combination of them.. Aurveda, Acupresssure, Tibbat , maya jal are the part of it.
7) Bliss :- To remain in imaginative bliss thinking positive is way to live easy life.
